Hello there, I’m Shannon (she/her) and I’m a very passionate Stylist. I’ve been in the Hair industry for 8+ years. My formal education came from Toni & Guy Academy, with continuing education from Pulp Riot, Sexy Hair, Cinderella Extensions, and many more. In order to bring more beauty to the world, I recently became certified in Classic Eyelash extensions from Fixe Beauty.

I love doing full transformations, whether it’s cutting everything off, adding more length and volume with extensions, or switching up your color to something totally different. I refer to my vivid fantasy colors as mermaids and unicorns and I love using Pulp Riot color to make it happen.

Originally from Houston Texas, Shawna has just over 20 years of combined experience as a classically trained hairstylist and traditional barber.

Her background as a hairstylist dates back to 2002 when she first started her career working in the top 5 best-rated salons. Houston, where she was educated extensively through Paul Mitchel, Bumble and Bumble, and Aveda.

Her career took a turn towards the barbering side of hairstyling in 2011 where she has since held her own amongst some of the top talents in Portland's barbering community.

I’m passionate about providing relaxing and results-driven services that will make you look and feel fabulous. My personal experiences with sensitive/acne skin, mental health, and cancer nudged my life in a different direction than the corporate life I was building myself.

Once I found Esthetics, I knew I had found my calling. It was “love at first facial.” I left the appointment feeling fabulous and it sparked a dream to help others with their self-care. On bad days, “Always Be Fabulous” was the anchor that helped me weather the storm. On good days, it helped me build resilience and confidence.

To me, being fabulous is a state of mind; being positive is the key. Although not every day will be fabulous, having that mindset can inspire confidence and help us shift from a negative headspace to something more compassionate and self-assured.
